PEFF Med is a private, membership-based internal medicine practice. A simple monthly or annual fee includes at least one comprehensive wellness visit and 11 additional visits for a total of 12 visits a year via telemedicine or in person.
f more than 12 visits are needed in a membership year, they are offered on a transparent, flat fee, cash pay basis — no surprise bills, no insurance barriers, and no rushed appointments. Just thoughtful, high-quality care delivered with time, attention, and trust.
